The Dept. of chemisty organised chemfest 2026 – chemspectra is a week long academic and creative event, from 1st to 7 th Jan 2026. The event was organised by Mrs. Fatima Asfia and Mr. M. A Rasheed under the Guidance of Mrs. Nazia Nasir, cultural and recreational council president and vice-principal, and Honorable Mrs. Tahera farha Tabrezi, principal. The event aimed to promote interest, creativity and practical understanding of chemistry among B.Sc. Students. The event includes power point and poster presentations hands on activities like Make your own product, Best out of chemical waste, chem games, rangoli, clay art, slogan writing ,meme contests, and a guest lecture on career opportunities in chemistry. Chem fest helps students learn the subject beyond text books by encouraging concept clarity, critical thinking team work and creativity. Overall chemfest 2026 promotes active learning Confidence, building and scientific curiosity among students.
