Students of today are the visionaries and torch bearers of tomorrow. To foster the spirit of democracy and to inculcate good citizenship, RDCW conducted college cabinet elections on 21st August 2025 for the academic year 2025-2026 in a systematic and orderly fashion. From the nomination announcement on 13th August to the inspiring public address by candidates on 18th August followed by rally in college campus on 20th August and final voting phase on 21st August, followed by election result declaration on 22nd August, each step empowered students to lead , express and engage. The voting process was conducted with precision and care by Cultural and recreational council president and vice president. The role of student council is to be responsible, respectful, sincere and cooperative leader to all students and Management. Elections are conducted for the following positions: College President Cultural and recreational president Sports president Students welfare president College vice president Cultural and recreational vice president Sports vice president Students welfare vice president. A healthy competition is encouraged among them to achieve the standard of excellence and to develop higher qualities of leadership.
